- 118 Degrees is the temperature commonly agreed upon at which natural enzymes and nutritional value begins to break down. Foods prepared at this temperature or lower is still considered living.
- Raw foods, specifically the foods we serve here at 118 Degrees, contain NO meat, dairy, animal products, preservatives, sugar, wheat, gluten, soy, or any additives of any sort.
- Eating Raw allows your body to attain the most nutrients from the food you eat. The more processed the food is, the less able your body is to recognize it and digest it easily.
